One Rails or Node test job · £195

Your GitHub Actions job is red. Get the test running and green.

For one reproducible failing job, we repair a bounded workflow or test-setup fault. Your maintainer runs the agreed job on a pull request in your own GitHub Actions, so you can see the check actually ran and passed.

Send a job URL or redacted failure log and the check name. No tokens, private repo invites or customer data yet.

Scope and limits

One real green check. No skipped tests.

For an existing Rails or Node repository with one reproducible failing or non-starting Actions test job, a log and runnable baseline. Your authorised maintainer must be able to apply our patch, open a pull request and rerun Actions. We confirm the fault fits before agreeing the price; if we cannot verify without unsafe access, this package does not apply.

Included: diagnose the failure, patch a bounded workflow or test setup, run available local checks, independently review the diff and explain the cause. Not included: green status for other jobs, weakened security gates, disabling assertions to force a pass, self-hosted runner or organisation-wide permission changes, cloud deployment or an SLA. A genuinely failing app test may need a different scope.

The work

Your maintainer runs the check.

  1. Agree the job.

Send a redacted error or job URL and what changed. We agree which tests must run and a safe company-controlled code handoff before source changes hands.

  2. Repair and review.

AI agents diagnose and patch in an isolated runner workspace, then run available local tests. A separate reviewer checks that tests were not skipped and gates were not weakened.

  3. Run it in your Actions.

Your maintainer applies the patch, runs the existing job on an agreed pull request and shares the result. We investigate scoped local-versus-CI differences and hand over cause and verification notes. You retain merge and deployment control.

Before you decide

What does green mean?

The agreed tests must execute and pass, not be switched off. If removing or skipping a test is proposed, it needs your explicit approval and is outside this fixed promise. A green job is one release check; it does not guarantee a production release or certify every other job.

Start with the failed check.

Email about a failing CI job with a workflow link or redacted log and the check name. We reply within one working day.
