One eligible Node 20 app · £495
Move your Node 20 app to Node 24.
Node 20 is end-of-life; Node 24 is LTS. We update one existing app to build and pass agreed checks on Node 24, then help your team verify it in your own test pipeline.
Send the current runtime, package manager and build/test commands. No source, credentials or account invites yet.
Scope and limits
A runtime move, not an app rewrite.
For an existing Node 20 app with a manifest and pinned lockfile, a reproducible build, usable acceptance checks and a team able to run a representative Node 24 test build. We inspect scripts, native dependencies, framework compatibility and the existing test baseline before confirming the fixed scope.
Included: runtime declarations, bounded package and lockfile updates, test fixes caused by the runtime switch, clean production build, relevant tests, independent diff review and test-environment handover. Not included: production operations, a general security audit, ESM or framework rewrite, new features or multiple services. A passing build alone does not certify all live behaviour or dependency security.
The work
Prove the upgrade in your pipeline.
Agree the baseline.
Tell us the version, commands and who controls the test environment. We agree checks and a safe company-controlled code handoff before receiving source.
Upgrade and review.
AI agents use an isolated runner workspace to update pins and only necessary dependencies. Another agent reviews the diff. We clean-install, build and run available tests on Node 24, disclosing pre-existing failures.
Check and accept.
Your team runs the change in its own CI/test environment, confirms agreed flows and shares results. You control production deployment. The £495 is due only after the agreed checks pass and you accept.
Before you decide
What if an add-on blocks the move?
We flag an unsupported native binding or required framework jump during eligibility. If it means a major rewrite, we stop and quote separately; no automatic extra work. We agree Node 24 as the target only after checking your host supports it.
Start with versions, not access.
Email about a Node 20 to 24 upgrade with your runtime, package manager and test-pipeline owner. We reply within one working day.
