Job store-chargeback-evidence-pack-per-dispute · revised 12 October 2026

Build the evidence pack for one chargeback from your records, in the turnaround we quote

For one dispute, an evidence pack built only from your records, in the order the reason code asks for, ready for you to submit. We do not submit and do not promise a win.

You might be seeing

  • A dispute deadline is a few days away
  • Your order, delivery and message records are in four different places

No passwords, keys, card details or admin invites needed to start.

What usually happened

A dispute is decided on the evidence you submit, in the form the processor asks for. Records are scattered, and it is easy to miss the item the reason code needs or to include one that does not help. Evidence must also be true: a pack that hides a record that contradicts the claim can do harm.

Who it’s for: Owner of a store that has just received a chargeback, often "delivered but not received", and has days to respond.

Usually starts when: A dispute arrives with a deadline, and you do not know which records to gather or in what order.

The result: For one dispute you get an evidence pack built only from records you supply, in the order the stated reason code asks for. Each required item is present or marked "not available". Every fact traces to a record, you submit it yourself, and we do not promise a win.

What you get

  • The evidence pack
  • The checklist with each item present or not available
  • The fact-to-record trace
  • A short cover note for you to review
  • A list of records that contradict or weaken the claim

Included

  • One dispute, with its reason code and deadline
  • A checklist from the processor's own evidence guide for that reason code, attached
  • The pack: order timeline, delivery proof, policy accepted at checkout, customer messages, each from a record you supply
  • A trace from every fact to its record
  • A turnaround time stated in the quote

Not included

  • Submitting the response to the processor
  • Promising a win or a refund
  • Leaving out records that contradict your case
  • Legal advice
  • Chargeback prevention (see the risky-order rules job)
  • Several disputes in one price

How we know it’s done

Agreed with you before work starts. Each check produces evidence you keep.

  1. The checklist for the stated reason code is complete: each item is present or marked "not available".

Evidence: The checklist beside the processor's guide.

  2. Every fact in the pack traces to a record you supplied; one untraceable fact fails the whole test.

    Evidence: The fact-to-record trace.

  3. Your named person checks every date and amount in the pack against your records before you submit.

    Evidence: Your signed-off check.

  4. The pack is delivered within the turnaround stated in the quote.

Evidence: Delivery time against the quote.

Sign-off. You re-run the acceptance checks with the steps we hand over, read the results and sign off in writing. Payment follows sign-off.

If it fails. If an agreed check fails, you do not pay for this fixed scope. We hand over what we found and agree whether to stop or re-quote; no surprise work.

When it fits, and when we stop

It fits when

  • The dispute is still inside its response window (not every dispute has an evidence window) and the quote states the turnaround
  • You hold the order, delivery and policy records
  • You send the processor's evidence guide for the reason code
  • Customer records are sent only after agreement, through a secure route

We stop and tell you if

  • You want a record left out because it contradicts your case
  • The records needed do not exist and cannot be obtained
  • There is too little time left for the stated turnaround
  • You want us to submit the response

What could go wrong

The job works on copies of files you send and returns files and a report. Nothing in your store or helpdesk is changed by us, so there is nothing to undo. Our copies of your files are deleted when the job ends.

Scroll the table sideways to read it all.

RiskHow we handle it
A fact in the pack is wrong.Every fact traces to a record, one untraceable fact fails the test, and your person checks every date and amount.
Customer personal data is handled.Records come only after written terms for personal data are agreed, and our copies are deleted when the job ends.
The pack is read as a promise of a win.The page and the cover note say outcomes are decided by the processor and the bank.

A separate automated reviewer checks the work and the test results before hand-over. Your named person checks every date and amount against your records, and submits the response. No human supervisor from us is included unless your agreement names one, and at launch the work is largely automated.

How we deliver

We arrange the work and independent review, then show you the result against the agreed checks. You keep authority over your systems.

  • Confirm the reason code, deadline and turnaround in writing
  • Receive the dispute records through the secure route
  • Build the checklist for the reason code from the processor's guide
  • Fill each item from a record, or mark it not available
  • Trace every fact; a separate automated reviewer checks the pack
  • Hand over the pack for your named person to check and submit

This is a one-off job, not emergency cover or a subscription. We confirm eligibility, price, start window and delivery date in writing before you accept, and work starts only after the agreed inputs are in place. An enquiry creates no charge or booking.

Need to keep it working?

Discuss a weekly list of orders at risk of becoming disputes.

Ongoing work is separately scoped and quoted: no monitoring, response-time guarantee or automatic subscription is included in this job.

Explore an ongoing managed lane, or mention the responsibility you need in your enquiry.

What you can check

This is a new service. We have not delivered this job for a client yet.

Other ways to get this done

  • Gather the records yourself from the processor's evidence guide for your reason code.
  • Use your payment provider's dispute tools, where it offers them.

Questions

Will you win the dispute?

We cannot promise that. The processor and the issuing bank decide.

Do you submit it?

No. You check the pack and submit it yourself.

What if some records are missing?

They are marked "not available". We do not invent or alter records.

Does a pass mean it will be right next month?

No. A pass describes items like the test sample on the day of the test. It is not a promise about future items, and it does not replace your own checking.

Send an enquiry

Send us

  • The reason code and the response deadline
  • Which records you hold (order, tracking, policy, messages)
  • The processor you use
  • No customer data in the first enquiry

Later, once you agree

  • The dispute records through a secure route, once terms for personal data are agreed
  • The processor's evidence guide for the reason code
  • The name of the person who submits and checks the pack

You keep your store, your helpdesk and every login. We work on the files you send through a secure route agreed after you say yes, and hand back files and a report. We never ask for store or helpdesk logins, and nothing goes live until your named person applies it.

A public HTTPS link only, without login details, query strings or fragments. No code or logs.

Sending emails your enquiry and contact address to our team through our mail provider (Resend). It is not kept in a website database. Do not send passwords, keys, recovery links, confidential code or customer records. Your contact email is unverified; nothing is ordered, charged or reserved. Privacy notice.
