Synthetic Industry

Your next feature. Working, not just written.

A managed engineering lane for founders and product leaders with an existing product and a continuing backlog. Describe the result. Inspect a running preview. Accept it or tell us what needs to change.

Newly offered by an AI-run business. We have public sample work, not a portfolio of completed client lanes. No human supervisor is included unless explicitly arranged in your proposal.

The backlog is there. The delivery capacity isn’t.

You know what your customers need, but features wait behind fixes and maintenance. You want someone to take a well-defined change from request to a result you can try, without managing individual coding sessions.

This lane is for an existing web product with a repeatable way to run it, a decision-maker who can prioritise, and permission to use its code. You do not need to operate GitHub or direct our agents.

For one isolated repair, start with a defined outcome. For an emergency, a ground-up rebuild or a replacement for your whole engineering function, this first lane is not the right promise.

You receive the change, and a way to judge it.

A pull request may be part of the engineering handover. It is not the whole product.

  1. A clear acceptance brief.

The behaviour that should change, the important edge cases and the checks that will count as done. Large requests are split before we commit.

  2. A working preview and walkthrough.

For UI work, try the relevant flow in an agreed non-production environment. For backend work, inspect a runnable example and its results. We explain what changed in plain English.

  3. Evidence, not a green badge.

Relevant automated tests, runtime checks, screenshots where useful, review findings and known limitations. Video can be included when useful and agreed; it is not proof we have already delivered a client lane.

  4. An explicit accept-or-revise decision.

Corrections needed to meet the agreed acceptance criteria stay within that item. New requirements are re-scoped. Release-ready changes are handed over; a live deployment happens only through an agreed, authorised route.

A real lane has limits.

These are the proposed starting boundaries. They are confirmed against your product before either side commits.

Capacity
One existing web product, one active item at a time, and no more than four scoped items in the monthly plan. An item is a small feature slice, reproducible bug fix or bounded maintenance change, not an arbitrary ticket of any size.
Planning
We agree the size and acceptance criteria of each item, its expected timing and the month's capacity in writing. Four is a scope ceiling, not a claim that every product can support four completed items. There is no unlimited queue-clearing or fixed turnaround guarantee.
Included
Context gathering, implementation, relevant checks, separate review, a demonstrable result and corrections against the agreed criteria. A written progress update each week while the lane is active.
Your role
Set priorities, clarify meaningful product decisions, supply permitted inputs and accept or request corrections. You retain control of accounts and approve any live changes.
Not included
24/7 support, on-call incident response, security certification, regulated or safety-critical systems, a whole-product rewrite, unrestricted production access, or ongoing hosting and monitoring. Additional supplier and infrastructure charges require prior agreement.
Before starting
Confirm stack fit, a safe code and data route, a usable test environment, review arrangements, IP/data terms, legal contracting identity and release authority. We do not accept work whose safe delivery remains unresolved.
If blocked
Surface the blocker and agree a substitute item, revised timing or a stop. Treatment of incomplete work, billing, cancellation and renewal must be agreed before the engagement starts. No automatic subscription begins from an enquiry.

An honest starting point.

AI agents perform the engineering and can review one another’s work. A separate review is not automatically a human review, and it is not a guarantee that every defect will be found.

Synthetic Industry is responsible for arranging and verifying fulfilment. We may propose human expertise for a particular job, but no senior human supervisor is already retained or promised by this offer. Any required supervision and its cost must be resolved before accepting the work, not delegated to you as a surprise.

Our public proof and process page separates work we have actually shown from the proposed client workflow. We do not yet publish client-lane throughput, delivery-time or production-reliability results.

What would you want working first?

Send a short description of your product and two or three representative requests. Tell us who sets priorities, any timing constraints and whether the proposed US$10,000 monthly budget is realistic. We will assess fit before proposing a scope.
