Get five draft help articles for your top gaps, every claim traced to your source
Five draft articles for your top gaps, every factual claim traced to your own source or marked "owner to confirm", with open questions and screenshots-needed lists.
You might be seeing
- A list of gaps sits unwritten
- Agents answer the same question in the inbox every day
- Drafts from generic writing tools state facts nobody checked
No passwords, keys, card details or admin invites needed to start.
What usually happened
Missing articles stay missing for lack of time, and generic writing tools fill the page with facts nobody checked. A published article is a statement your business is held to.
Who it’s for: Owner or support lead holding a list of missing answers and no time to write.
Usually starts when: You know the five questions that eat the most time, and the articles that would answer them are not written.
The result: You receive five draft articles for your top gaps. Every factual claim is traced to your own source in a claim-to-source table or marked "owner to confirm", and you get the open questions and the screenshots needed. You publish them yourself.

How we know it’s done
Agreed with you before work starts. Each check produces evidence you keep.
Your owner reads each draft beside the claim table and marks any factual sentence that is not in the table; none is allowed, and one found fails that article. We also search each draft for numbers, prices, dates and policy words.
Evidence: The claim table with your marks.
Your owner answers every open question or removes the claim, and no draft is published with an unanswered one.
Evidence: The open-questions list with your answers.
Sign-off. Your owner answers the open questions and signs off each draft in writing. Payment follows sign-off, and you publish.
If it fails. If an unsourced claim is found after one fix, that article is withdrawn from the delivery and listed with the claims we could not source. We then agree whether to replace it, stop or re-quote.
When it fits, and when we stop
It fits when
- A policy or product owner is available to answer open questions
- Written sources exist: policies, release notes, a pricing page or your own answers
- You can export the ticket examples that show each gap
We stop and tell you if
- The product changes weekly with no changelog
- Nobody can answer the open questions
- The articles would give regulated advice
What could go wrong
Drafts are text. Nothing is published by us, so there is nothing to undo, and you may discard any draft.
Scroll the table sideways to read it all.
| Risk | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| An article states a fact nobody checked | Zero claims without a source or an "owner to confirm" mark; the claim table is part of the test. |
| The product changes after publishing | Each draft names the source version and date, and a monthly service can re-check. |
| The article is read as a promise | Policy statements are left for the owner to word, and prices and dates are copied from your sources only. |
A separate automated reviewer checks every claim against its source before hand-over, and your owner on your side marks the sample and decides what goes live. No human supervisor is included unless your agreement names one. At launch the work is largely automated, and we say so.
How we deliver
We arrange the work and independent review, then show you the result against the agreed checks. You keep authority over your systems.
- Agree the five gaps, the sources and who answers questions
- Extract every factual claim each article will make
- Draft each article using only the sources you gave
- Trace each claim to its source, or mark it "owner to confirm"
- Independent automated review of claims against sources
- Hand over drafts and open questions; you confirm and publish
This is a one-off job, not emergency cover or a subscription. We confirm eligibility, the total price, a start window and a delivery date before you accept. Work starts only after agreed inputs, secure access and any needed permissions are in place. Model usage for our build and tests is included in the price; charges on your own platform account, including per-conversation fees after go-live, are yours. An enquiry creates no charge or booking.
Need to keep it working?
Discuss a monthly service that finds new gaps and flags stale articles.
Ongoing work is separately scoped and quoted: no monitoring, response-time guarantee or automatic subscription is included in this job.
Explore an ongoing managed lane, or mention the responsibility you need in your enquiry.
What you can check
This is a new service. We have not delivered this job for a client yet.
Other ways to get this done
- Write the answer to each gap yourself in five lines first. That alone often fixes a gap, and we can tidy it.
Questions
Do you publish the articles?
No. You publish them after your owner confirms the facts.
What if my sources are thin?
The draft shows open questions instead of guessing.
Will the gap disappear?
We report the ticket count per gap 30 days after you publish, from the counts you send us. We do not promise a fall.
Send an enquiry
Send us
- The five gaps, or the gap report, in your own words
- Where your sources live
- Who can answer product and policy questions
- No customer data, logins or keys in the first enquiry
Later, once you agree
- The sources: policies, release notes, pricing and feature pages
- Redacted example tickets for each gap
- A named owner to answer open questions within the agreed days
- A ticket count for each gap 30 days after you publish
You keep the help centre and every login. We write drafts as text and publish nothing. You confirm the facts and publish.
