Job people-interview-feedback-collated-by-question-no-scoring · revised 12 October 2026
Collect each interviewer's notes under the same questions, with no scoring
One sheet per candidate placing each interviewer's own written notes under the agreed questions, with gaps shown and no scores, ranking or recommendation.
You might be seeing
- Interviewers answer different questions in different formats
- A strong point in one set of notes never reaches the decision
No passwords, keys, card details or admin invites needed to start.
What usually happened
Notes from several interviewers arrive in different places and shapes, so the person deciding reads them selectively. Summaries written by a tool can also add claims nobody wrote.
Who it’s for: Hiring manager with three to five interviewers whose notes sit in different places and formats.
Usually starts when: The hiring decision meeting is tomorrow and the notes are in four documents and two inboxes.
The result: You receive one sheet per candidate with each interviewer's own written notes under the agreed questions, and a clear gap where nobody wrote anything. Every line is the interviewer's own words or a marked short quote. There is no score, ranking, recommendation or comment on the person.

How we know it’s done
Agreed with you before work starts. Each check produces evidence you keep.
On a synthetic round of 4 candidates and 12 notes planted by your hiring manager, every note lands under the right question and no line contains a word the interviewer did not write, apart from the marked quote shortening.
Evidence: The planted notes beside the sheets.
In the real round, your hiring manager opens a 20% sample of lines, at least 20, and finds none that adds a claim.
Evidence: The marked sample and the source index.
The delivered sheets contain no score, rank, rating or recommendation, and every empty question shows a gap marker.
Evidence: A search of the sheets for the sheet columns and the gap count.
Sign-off. Your hiring manager checks the sample and signs off in writing. The sheets aid your decision and assess no one, and the synthetic round is a smoke test. Payment follows sign-off.
If it fails. If a test is not met, you do not pay for this fixed scope. We hand over the sheets as they stand and agree whether to stop or re-quote.
When it fits, and when we stop
It fits when
- Interviewers wrote their notes down, and you have their consent to share them with us
- You agree the question list before we start
- Candidates were told their interview notes are processed by a supplier, as your own privacy notice requires
We stop and tell you if
- Anyone asks us to score, rank, filter applicants or summarise fit
- Notes are recordings with no written version
- Notes include health, family or protected-characteristic details that cannot be removed
What could go wrong
This job reads files you send and writes a report. It changes nothing in your systems, so there is nothing to revert. Our copies of your files are deleted when the job ends.
Scroll the table sideways to read it all.
| Risk | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| The sheet adds a claim the interviewer never wrote. | Every line is the interviewer's own words or a marked short quote, and the test counts any added claim as a failure. |
| The sheet is used to rank or screen people. | It has no scores or order, and we stop the job if anyone asks for them. The decision stays with your hiring manager. |
| Candidate details or protected characteristics appear in notes. | Names are coded before sending and notes with such details are returned to you for removal. |
A separate automated reviewer checks every output against the agreed test before hand-over. No person on our side reviews unless your agreement names one. Your hiring manager approves what is used.
How we deliver
We arrange the work and independent review, then show you the result against the agreed checks. You keep authority over your systems.
- Agree the question list, coding of candidate names and the sheet layout
- Your hiring manager plants notes in a synthetic round; we collate them
- Place each interviewer's notes under the questions for every real candidate
- Mark every line with its source and show gaps where nothing was written
- Separate automated review that no line adds a claim nobody wrote
- Hand over the sheets and source index; delete our copies
This is a one-off job, not emergency cover or a subscription. We confirm eligibility, the total price, a start window and a delivery date before you accept, and an enquiry creates no charge or booking. Work starts only after agreed inputs, secure access and any needed permissions are in place.
Need to keep it working?
Discuss the same collation for each new hiring round.
Ongoing work is separately scoped and quoted: no monitoring, response-time guarantee or automatic subscription is included in this job.

What you can check
This is a new service. We have not delivered this job for a client yet.
Other ways to get this done
- Use a shared interview scorecard template, and ask interviewers to fill in one copy each before the meeting. It costs nothing and works if people comply.
- If you use an applicant tracking tool, collect the notes there so they are in one place from the start.
Questions
Can it tell me which candidate is best?
No. It does not score, rank or recommend, and we stop the job if asked to.
Why not summarise each person?
A summary can add claims no interviewer made, and ranking or assessing candidates is a regulated use in some places. We place the interviewers' own words under your questions.
Whose decision is the hire?
Yours. The sheets only collect what your interviewers wrote.
Send an enquiry
Send us
- How many candidates and interviewers, and the question list
- The note formats: documents, emails, an applicant tracking tool
- Whether candidates have been told about supplier processing
Later, once you agree
- The written notes, with candidate names replaced by codes
- The agreed question list
- A synthetic round of 4 candidates and 12 notes planted by your hiring manager, with the answers kept by them until the test run
- The name of the hiring manager who checks the sheets
- The agreement that names the model provider, its country and how long it keeps data, settled before any real personal data is shared
You keep the notes and make every hiring decision. We work on coded copies, return sheets and delete our copies when the job ends. We ask for notes only, with candidate names replaced by codes, and return anything else you send.
