Job rfp-first-draft-from-approved-answers · revised 12 October 2026
Get a first draft of each narrative tender answer from your own material
A draft of each narrative answer built only from your library and past responses, each paragraph with its source and gaps highlighted. A person writes the final text.
You might be seeing
- Answers are rewritten from scratch each time
- Nobody is sure which past claim is still true
No passwords, keys, card details or admin invites needed to start.
What usually happened
Tender questions ask for narrative answers, and the material exists in old responses. A tool that writes fluent prose can invent experience, references or capabilities, and a wrong claim in a bid is a contract risk. Narrative is harder to test than a yes or no.
Who it’s for: Owner of a 5 to 50 person services or software firm with a tender deadline.
Usually starts when: A tender arrives with 30 or 40 narrative questions and two weeks to answer them.
The result: You receive a draft of each narrative answer built only from your library, past responses and facts sheet. Each paragraph shows its source, gaps are highlighted, and a compliance matrix has one row per requirement. A person writes the final text and submits.

How we know it’s done
Agreed with you before work starts. Each check produces evidence you keep.
Every paragraph carries a source reference, and an automated check confirms the cited passage exists in your material (it checks that the passage exists; support is tested by the sample below).
Evidence: The reference table and the check output.
In 10 trap questions that you add to a test copy of your tender and that we have not seen (at least 3 each of: a requirement you do not meet, a price, a claim your material does not support), all 10 are flagged and none is answered.
Evidence: The trap list and the draft.
Your person reads 10 sampled answers in full and finds no unsupported claim; a sample this small shows nothing about the rest, so the source check covers all paragraphs.
Evidence: The sampled answers with your marks.
The compliance matrix has one row per requirement, and the row count equals the requirement count.
Evidence: The matrix and the count.
Sign-off. You re-run the test yourself, check the list of severe errors and sign off in writing. Payment follows sign-off.
If it fails. If the agreed pass mark is not met, we say so, hand over the results and the failures, and do not call the output working. You do not pay for this scope; we agree whether to stop or re-quote.
When it fits, and when we stop
It fits when
- At least five past responses or an answer library you own
- Material you may use, with confidentiality handled in writing
- A named person writes the final text and signs the submission
- Real records are read only after a written agreement that covers how your records are processed and a separate access step you control; until then we test on invented or redacted data.
We stop and tell you if
- The tender needs formal public-procurement declarations, prices or legal terms written by us
- The material is thin or contradictory for most questions
- You want us to submit
What could go wrong
The job writes documents only, so there is nothing to undo. Our copies of your material are deleted at the end.
Scroll the table sideways to read it all.
| Risk | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| A plausible but unsupported claim reaches the bid | Every paragraph needs a source, an automated check confirms each passage exists, and a person reads the whole answer. |
| Bid material is confidential | It is shared only under written terms through the agreed route and deleted afterwards. |
| Invented experience | A requirement you do not meet must come back as a gap, not a claim. |
A separate automated reviewer checks every source reference and the trap flags before hand-over, and no person on our side reviews unless your agreement names one. Your named person writes the final text and signs the bid. At launch the work is largely automated, and we say so.
How we deliver
We arrange the work and independent review, then show you the result against the agreed checks. You keep authority over your systems.
- Agree the tender, the template and the source rules in writing
- Receive the tender and your material under the agreed terms
- Draft each answer with a source reference per paragraph
- Flag gaps, unmet requirements and prices as trap rows
- Independent automated check that each cited source passage exists in your material
- Hand over the drafts; your person edits and submits
This is a one-off job, not a subscription or emergency cover. We confirm eligibility, price, a start window and a delivery date before you accept, and work starts only after agreed inputs and access are in place. Nothing is sent, merged, posted or changed in your live systems by us, and an enquiry creates no charge or booking.
Need to keep it working?
Discuss a first-draft service for each future tender.
Ongoing work is separately scoped and quoted: no monitoring, response-time guarantee or automatic subscription is included in this job.
Mention the responsibility you need in your enquiry.
What you can check
This is a new service. We have not delivered this job for a client yet.
Other ways to get this done
- Write the answers from your past bids yourself, and ask a colleague to check every claim against its source.
Questions
Will it write the whole bid?
No. It drafts narrative answers from your own material, and a person finishes and submits.
Will it invent experience?
No. A requirement you do not meet comes back as a gap.
Does it handle prices?
No. Prices and legal terms are for a person.
Send an enquiry
Send us
- The tender's name and deadline, with no confidential text yet
- How many narrative questions it has
- What past responses or libraries you hold
Later, once you agree
- The tender documents and your source material under agreed confidentiality
- Your template
- A secure handoff route agreed before any document is shared
You keep your material and submit the bid. We work from documents you hand over after written terms and return drafts. Which service reads your records is agreed in writing before any real record is shared; the entry test uses invented or redacted data, or your own provider account.
