Job second-language-reply-drafts-with-glossary-and-native-check · revised 12 October 2026
Get second-language support replies with your glossary, checked by your own native speaker
Replies and saved macros in one second language use your glossary, and a named native speaker on your side rates the first 30 before any reply is sent unreviewed.
You might be seeing
- Replies in the second language are slow
- Product terms are translated three ways
- No native speaker checks what is sent
No passwords, keys, card details or admin invites needed to start.
What usually happened
Replies in a second language are slow or rely on staff who are not fluent, and product terms drift between translations. Machine translation without a glossary and a native reader makes small mistakes look careless.
Who it’s for: Owner or support lead with customers writing in another language and nobody on the team who writes it well.
Usually starts when: Replies in the second language take a long time, vary by who writes them, and use different words for your product terms.
The result: Replies and saved macros in one second language use your glossary, and a named native speaker on your side rates the first 30. Drafts cite the English source reply, and nothing is sent without your agent or the native speaker approving it until the mark below is met.

How we know it’s done
Agreed with you before work starts. Each check produces evidence you keep.
Every glossary term is used correctly in 100% of the test replies where it applies.
Evidence: The glossary check table.
Your native reviewer rates at least 27 of the 30 replies "send as is or light edit"; 10 of the 30 were chosen by your reviewer and unseen by us until the final run. Report the results of those 10 separately. The mixed development and held-back score is not a measured unseen-ticket pass rate.
Evidence: The rating sheet and the held-back marker.
No reply in that language is sent unreviewed until the mark above is met.
Evidence: Your sent-message log for the test period.
A reply that adds or drops a price, date, promise or policy compared with its English source fails the whole test: none is allowed in the 30.
Evidence: The reply-by-reply comparison with the English source, with your reviewer's marks.
Sign-off. Your native reviewer reads the ratings and you sign off in writing. Payment follows sign-off.
If it fails. If fewer than 27 replies are rated acceptable after one rewrite of the glossary and rules, we retest on 10 new tickets chosen by your native reviewer, hand over the results and you decide whether to stop or re-quote.
When it fits, and when we stop
It fits when
- A native speaker on your side will rate the first 30 drafts
- The English source replies or articles are current
- A glossary exists or you will approve one we propose
We stop and tell you if
- You want legal terms or refunds written in the language without review
- Nobody native can review
- You need certified translation
What could go wrong
Macros and drafts are text we hand over. Nothing is added to your help desk, so discarding them restores the previous way of working.
Scroll the table sideways to read it all.
| Risk | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| A reply says something the English source does not | Every draft is compared with its English source and the native reviewer rates each one. |
| A glossary term is translated differently in different replies | Glossary terms must be correct in every test reply where they apply, and a miss is a severe error. |
| Legal or refund wording is changed in translation | Such wording is excluded; drafts quote it unchanged for your own review. |
A separate automated reviewer checks glossary use and the English source of each reply before hand-over, and your native reviewer on your side marks the sample and decides what goes live. No human supervisor is included unless your agreement names one. At launch the work is largely automated, and we say so.
How we deliver
We arrange the work and independent review, then show you the result against the agreed checks. You keep authority over your systems.
- Agree the language, glossary, pass marks and severe-error list in writing
- You approve the glossary; we build the term check
- Translate the ten macros and draft replies for 30 redacted tickets
- Your native reviewer rates every reply; 10 were held back
- Independent automated review of glossary use
- Hand over the glossary, macros and results
This is a one-off job, not emergency cover or a subscription. We confirm eligibility, the total price, a start window and a delivery date before you accept. Work starts only after agreed inputs, secure access and any needed permissions are in place. Model usage for our build and tests is included in the price; charges on your own platform account, including per-conversation fees after go-live, are yours. An enquiry creates no charge or booking.
Need to keep it working?
Discuss a monthly check of second-language replies on a fresh sample.
Ongoing work is separately scoped and quoted: no monitoring, response-time guarantee or automatic subscription is included in this job.
Mention the responsibility you need in your enquiry.
What you can check
This is a new service. We have not delivered this job for a client yet.
Other ways to get this done
- Ask your native-speaking contact to approve your ten macros once. That alone fixes most of the problem.
Questions
Do you replace a translator?
No. A native speaker on your side checks the replies, and certified translation is not offered.
What about legal wording?
It is excluded. You review it in the language yourself.
Can I add a language later?
Each language is its own job with its own reviewer.
Send an enquiry
Send us
- The language and the countries your customers are in
- Your ten commonest replies, in English
- Who the native reviewer would be
- No customer data, logins or keys in the first enquiry
Later, once you agree
- The English source replies, at least 40 redacted tickets and a glossary or product terms list
- A native reviewer on your side, with 10 of the 30 tickets held back by them and unseen by us until the final run, and 10 more tickets kept for any retest
- A secure route agreed before any ticket text is shared
You keep the help desk and every login. We work on redacted tickets and text you send, give you macros and drafts as text and never send a reply.
