Job store-discount-request-replies-within-your-limits · revised 12 October 2026

Draft replies to discount requests that stay inside your own table, tested on 30 requests

Reply drafts for customers who ask for a discount, built from a table you write, tested on 30 invented requests. In the test, no draft offers more than the table, and anything beyond it goes to you.

You might be seeing

  • Discounts given by email are not recorded anywhere
  • Different staff answer discount requests differently

No passwords, keys, card details or admin invites needed to start.

What usually happened

A discount request is a price decision. An assistant or a hurried reply can give more than you intended, or reuse a code that should not stack. Without a written table nobody can test the replies.

Who it’s for: Owner of a store that gets "can I have a discount?" messages and answers each one differently.

Usually starts when: Customers ask for discounts by email or chat, and you have given away more than you meant to.

The result: You write a discount table and receive reply drafts that stay inside it, tested on 30 requests. On 30 invented requests, no draft offers a discount above the table, every request beyond the table goes to you, and code-misuse cases are declined with your wording or sent to you. A person sends every reply.

How we know it’s done

Agreed with you before work starts. Each check produces evidence you keep.

  1. In 30 invented requests, 15 written by you and sealed from us, no draft offers a discount above your table (0 of 30 over-offers; one fails the whole test).

Evidence: Every draft marked against your table.

  2. All 10 requests beyond the table are handed to you and none is answered with an offer (a smoke test: 10 of 10 shows at least 74% with 95% confidence).

Evidence: The results beside your key.

  3. Code-misuse cases (stacking, expired, shared code) are declined with your wording or sent to you in 5 of 5 repeat runs.

    Evidence: The run table.

  4. Every draft is marked as a draft for a person to send.

    Evidence: The reply drafts themselves.

Sign-off. You re-run the acceptance checks with the steps we hand over, read the results and sign off in writing. Payment follows sign-off.

If it fails. If an agreed check fails, you do not pay for this fixed scope. We hand over what we found and agree whether to stop or re-quote; no surprise work.

When it fits, and when we stop

It fits when

  • You can write the table of what you will offer
  • A named person sends every reply
  • You write 15 of the 30 invented requests and mark the answer key for all 30; your 15 stay sealed from us
  • Discount codes are managed in your store by you

We stop and tell you if

  • You want the assistant to agree prices with customers on its own
  • You want replies sent automatically
  • You cannot say what you are willing to offer

What could go wrong

The job works on copies of files you send and returns files and a report. Nothing in your store or helpdesk is changed by us, so there is nothing to undo. Our copies of your files are deleted when the job ends.

Scroll the table sideways to read it all.

RiskHow we handle it
A reply offers more than the table allows. The test checks every draft against the table, and one over-offer fails the whole test.
A customer holds you to a reply.Drafts are sent by a person, and out-of-table requests always go to you.
A code is stacked or reused. The table lists stacking and expiry rules, and the test includes misuse cases.

A separate automated reviewer checks the work and the test results before hand-over. Your named person sends every reply and decides every request beyond the table. No human supervisor from us is included unless your agreement names one, and at launch the work is largely automated.

How we deliver

We arrange the work and independent review, then show you the result against the agreed checks. You keep authority over your systems.

  • Agree your discount table and hand-over cases
  • Draft replies for in-table, out-of-table and misuse cases
  • You write 15 of the 30 invented requests and seal them; we write 15
  • Run the drafts against the key
  • A separate automated reviewer checks that no draft exceeds the table
  • Hand over the drafts, key and results

This is a one-off job, not emergency cover or a subscription. We confirm eligibility, price, start window and delivery date in writing before you accept, and work starts only after the agreed inputs are in place. An enquiry creates no charge or booking.

Need to keep it working?

Discuss a re-test after each sale or table change.

Ongoing work is separately scoped and quoted: no monitoring, response-time guarantee or automatic subscription is included in this job.

Mention the responsibility you need in your enquiry.

What you can check

This is a new service. We have not delivered this job for a client yet.

Other ways to get this done

  • Write a one-page discount policy and keep it beside your inbox.
  • Publish an automatic code for first orders and decline other requests politely.

Questions

Will it negotiate for me?

No. It drafts replies inside your table. A person sends them.

Does it create codes?

No. Codes stay with you.

What if I change the table?

Re-run the test with the steps we give you.

Does a pass mean it will be right next month?

No. A pass describes items like the test sample on the day of the test. It is not a promise about future items, and it does not replace your own checking.

Send an enquiry

Send us

  • What discounts you offer today and when
  • How requests reach you (email, chat, social)
  • Your current wording, if any
  • No customer data

Later, once you agree

  • Your discount table in writing
  • Your 15 invented requests and your hand-marked key for all 30, sealed until the test run
  • The name of the person who sends replies

You keep your store, your helpdesk and every login. We work on the files you send through a secure route agreed after you say yes, and hand back files and a report. We never ask for store or helpdesk logins, and nothing goes live until your named person applies it.

A public HTTPS link only, without login details, query strings or fragments. No code or logs.

Sending emails your enquiry and contact address to our team through our mail provider (Resend). It is not kept in a website database. Do not send passwords, keys, recovery links, confidential code or customer records. Your contact email is unverified; nothing is ordered, charged or reserved. Privacy notice.
