For up to 50 products, each field on your adviser's checklist filled from a quoted line of your own documents or marked missing. We state nothing about whether a product is safe or compliant.

Your adviser may tell you that product pages need details such as who made the product, warnings and batch information. The answers exist in supplier documents but are scattered. A made-up detail on a product page is worse than a blank one.

How we know it’s done
Agreed with you before work starts. Each check produces evidence you keep.
On the 5 products your adviser filled and kept sealed, at least 80% of the fields they filled are also filled by us with the same value, no filled value differs from theirs, and one invented value fails the whole test. Five products is a smoke test, not a rate.

Sign-off. You re-run the acceptance checks with the steps we hand over, read the results and sign off in writing. Payment follows sign-off.
If it fails. If an agreed check fails, you do not pay for this fixed scope. We hand over what we found and agree whether to stop or re-quote; no surprise work.

What could go wrong
We change a test store or test account only. Nothing is switched on in your live store or helpdesk by us. Your named person applies the result and can switch it off again with the steps we hand over.

A separate automated reviewer checks the work and the test results before hand-over. Your adviser checks the sheet and your named person decides what goes on the pages. No human supervisor from us is included unless your agreement names one, and at launch the work is largely automated.

Does a pass mean it will be right next month?
No. A pass describes items like the test sample on the day of the test. It is not a promise about future items, and it does not replace your own checking.
Do you research what the law requires?
No. This job only copies details from documents you hold, with a quoted line for each, for your adviser to check. It does not research or state what the law requires.
