Project webflow-five-page-site-rebuild-project · revised 11 October 2026
Project
Rebuild your five-page small-business site on Webflow from your content and brand
Five responsive pages built in Webflow from your copy, logo and colours, with a contact form that delivers to your inbox; you accept it on a staging address, then your domain is connected.
This asks for a proposal by email. Nothing is charged, and nothing starts, until you have agreed the pages, the price and the terms in writing.
The result you are buying
A small site needs few pages but many small decisions to be right together: layout on phones, a form that really delivers, titles and descriptions, images that are not too heavy and a domain that connects with a certificate. Done as a series of small fixes, the pieces never agree with each other.
Who it’s for: Owner of a small business whose website is out of date, hard to edit or built on something they no longer trust, and who has the words and brand already.
Usually starts when: The current site looks dated or breaks on phones, nobody can edit it, or the person who built it is gone, and you want a clean five-page site you control.
The result: Five agreed pages are ready in your Webflow project, laid out for desktop, tablet and phone from your supplied content; the contact form delivers a test to your inbox; titles and descriptions are set; you accept the build on Webflow's staging address; and once your account holder publishes to your domain and applies the records, it opens over HTTPS.
How the work fits together
The project is complete in two stages. Stage 1: you have accepted all five pages and the contact form test on Webflow's staging address. Stage 2: your account holder has published to your domain and applied the records, and the domain and form check passes. You accept the finished site, not each internal step. Payment follows your stage 1 acceptance, as the written proposal sets out.
Make one Webflow, Squarespace or Wix form deliver every submission to you Job Included
One form on a Webflow, Squarespace or Wix site delivers a test submission to the named inbox and keeps a stored copy; the cause and each setting changed are written down.
The contact form
The same delivery test as the stand-alone job is used to accept the form.
Get your own domain connected and its HTTPS certificate issued on your site builder Job Each time it fires
Your domain opens your Webflow, Squarespace or Wix site over HTTPS with no warning, using a list of the records to keep and remove, and your email records left unchanged.
Only if the connection stalls
The same job you can buy on its own.
Make one slow landing page on your site builder meet an agreed weight and speed budget Job Optional
One page on Webflow, Squarespace or Wix is brought under a page-weight and lab-speed budget agreed from a measured baseline, without a redesign, using only what the builder allows.
One page, if you add heavy media
The same job you can buy on its own.
Redirect up to 60 old addresses to your new site and keep page titles and descriptions Job Optional
Up to 60 old addresses redirect permanently in one hop to the right new page, or are listed with the builder's reason; each new page keeps its old title and description unless you chose new ones.
If you are replacing an existing site's addresses; the redirects are tested on the live domain after publishing
The same job you can buy on its own.
Build one Webflow CMS collection with item pages and a list on your site Job Optional
One Webflow CMS collection of up to 10 fields, a template page for every item and a list on one existing page, filled with up to 25 items you supply.
One collection, if you want repeating content
Offered with it, not part of the five pages.
How an engagement works
The price covers the five agreed pages and two review rounds per page. Further pages, rounds or features are quoted separately.
How it starts
You send the five pages you want, your logo and colours, and examples of sites you like.
We confirm the page list and the Webflow plan, and propose a fixed price.
You agree the pages, price and terms in writing. Nothing starts before then.
We build page by page and send each for you to review at desktop and phone width, with two review rounds per page.
You accept the build on Webflow's staging address. Your account holder then publishes it to your domain and applies the domain records, we run the final check, and we send the summary.
Who decides what
You decide the pages and accept each. Your account holder holds the Webflow plan and domain, publishes the build to the staging address and to your domain, and applies the records.
Handover
The site sits in your Webflow project with the editing guide. Anything unfinished is handed back with notes.
Sharing your product safely. Send descriptions, logo and images, never logins or customer data. After you agree the project, give Webflow access at the role named in the access section.
What is included, and what is not
- The five pages, ready for you to publish on your Webflow plan
- A tested contact form and a test log
- A short editing guide and the list of domain records to apply
Included
- Five pages in one Webflow project, such as home, about, services, pricing or FAQ, and contact, built from your copy, logo, colours and images
- Layouts for desktop, tablet and phone, with a menu and footer shared across pages
- One contact form delivering to your named inbox, tested, and page titles, descriptions and sharing images set
- A staging address for your review, the domain connection with the records listed for you to apply and a check once they are applied, and a handover guide to edit text and images
- Two review rounds per page: a round is your written list of changes answered by one revised version. Further rounds, new layouts after the first round and extra pages are quoted separately
Not included
- Writing copy, designing a logo or brand, or photography
- Online store, members area, booking system or multiple languages
- Blog or CMS collections, which are a separate build
- Ongoing edits after handover, unless you buy the monthly checks
How we know it’s done
Agreed with you before work starts. Each check produces evidence you keep.
Stage 1, on Webflow's staging address: all five pages exist in the Webflow project with the supplied content, and none shows cut-off text or horizontal scrolling at desktop, tablet or phone width.
Evidence: Screenshots of each page at three widths.
Stage 1, on the staging address: the contact form delivers a labelled test submission to the named inbox and is stored in Webflow.
Evidence: The test log with the received message and the stored entry.
Stage 1, on the staging address: each page has its own title, description and sharing image, different from the others.
Evidence: A table of the titles and descriptions and page-source excerpts.
Stage 2, after your account holder has applied the records and published to your domain: the domain with and without www opens the site over HTTPS from two networks, and one more labelled form test sent from the live domain reaches the inbox.
Evidence: Certificate details, the two test locations and the second test-log line.
Sign-off. Stage 1: you review every page on your own phone and desktop on the staging address, send your own form test and accept the build; payment falls due then, as the written proposal sets out. Stage 2: your account holder publishes to your domain and applies the records, and we run the domain and form check; the project is complete when it passes. If stage 2 fails because of a record on our list we correct the list at no extra charge; if it fails for a reason outside our list, such as your plan, registrar or DNS host, we say so and your stage 1 acceptance stands.
If it fails. A page we cannot build as agreed is named with the reason and what it would take, and is taken off the list with a matching change to the price. Nothing is billed as delivered that you have not accepted.
When it fits, and when we stop
It fits when
- You hold, or will buy, a paid Webflow site plan that allows a custom domain
- You supply the words, logo, colours and images for all five pages before building starts
- You can decide the page list and accept each page
We stop and tell you if
- The words and images are not ready, so the build would wait on content
- You need features beyond five pages, such as a store, members area or booking system
- You cannot control the domain records
- Changes keep arriving after the second review round of a page, so a further round has to be quoted
What could go wrong
Nothing goes to your domain until you accept the build and your account holder publishes it. If you replace an existing site, it stays live and unchanged until then, and switching back means restoring the old domain records.
Scroll the table sideways to read it all.
| Risk | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| Content arrives late or changes during the build. | The price covers the agreed content; late additions are quoted, and the build waits rather than guesses. |
| The form looks right but does not deliver. | A labelled test submission must arrive in your inbox before sign-off. |
| The site is heavy on phones. | Page weight and image sizes are checked for every page before review. |
An independent reviewer checks the redacted before and after evidence, the list of changes and the way back, and looks separately at anything that touches customer data, payments or logins, before you see the result.
Stays with a person
- You accept each page and the form test on the staging address
- Your account holder publishes to the staging address and to your domain, and applies the domain records
Access we would need
- Webflow access to your project as a Designer or Site manager
- Your supplied content and images
Questions
Do I need to buy a Webflow plan?
Yes. You hold the plan in your own name; it must allow a custom domain. We check this before quoting.
Can you write the words?
No. The project builds from your content. Copywriting is outside it.
Who owns the site?
You do. It lives in your Webflow project on your plan, and you can remove our access at any time.
How many rounds of changes are included?
Two per page. A round is your written list of changes answered by one revised version. Further rounds, new layouts after the first round and extra pages are quoted separately.
When do I pay, and what if the domain step fails?
Payment follows your acceptance of the build on the staging address, as the written proposal sets out. The domain check comes after: if it fails because of a record on our list we correct it at no extra charge; if it fails for a reason outside our list, such as your plan or DNS host, we tell you and your acceptance stands.
Send an enquiry
Send us
- The five pages you want and the address of any current site
- Your logo, colours and two examples of sites you like
- Whether you already have a Webflow plan and a domain
Later, once you agree
- The text and images for each page, in the order of the pages
- Webflow access to your project as a Designer or Site manager, on a paid full seat or a guest invitation as agreed in writing, set up by you and removable at any time
- A named person to accept each page and a test inbox for the contact form
You keep the live site, the builder account, the domain and all customer data. Access is agreed with you in writing before any work starts, and no work starts until it is. Any access we use is through a company-controlled account, never a personal login. This project builds on Webflow and needs the Webflow Designer or Site manager role on your project, on a paid full seat in your Workspace (or a guest invitation, which Webflow allows only to a Freelancer or Agency Workspace). Your authorised account holder holds the Webflow plan and the domain account, publishes the build to Webflow's staging address for your review, then publishes to your domain and applies the domain records. We name the exact role and any seat or plan charge in the quote before you invite anyone; those charges are yours. You can remove our access at any time. No passwords or payment details go by ordinary email, and your authorised account holder publishes the final change.
