For a customer-success lead: see renewals at risk with evidence, and hand accounts over with a brief you can trust

A weekly list of renewing accounts with agreed risk signals, handover briefs where every statement links to a CRM record, and win-loss reasons from notes or interviews.

Evidence, not a score

A surprise cancellation makes everyone ask what the signs were. A bare score nobody can explain gets ignored. A list that names the signal, the date and the record it came from can be acted on, and checked by the account owner in a minute.

Handovers and reasons

When an owner leaves, the next one needs a brief in which every statement links to the record behind it, and where no record exists the brief says "no record". For why deals close or are lost, notes show what reps wrote and interviews you run yourselves show more. Both are tagged to a reason list you approve, with the quote behind each tag.

  • Seeded sandbox accounts, one hit and one near-miss per signal.
  • A back-test reported with sample sizes and no promise.
  • A trap account with a thin history must come back as "no record".

Which paid job fits

The one-off renewal list sets the rules and tests them on a 12-month back-test. The weekly standing service keeps the list running. Handover briefs are a batch job for up to 20 accounts.

None gives a churn probability or contacts a customer.
