Managed lane

Keep your store's support answers, deliveries, prices and reorder sheet checked

For one store: answer-sheet re-checks, delivery and price lists, a reorder refresh and a reply re-test each period, plus one bounded job a month. Proposed £695 a month; written proposal first.

An enquiry starts a fit and scope conversation, not a contract, payment or reserved place. No logins, customer data or account invitations initially.

What the lane takes off your plate

A store runs on facts that drift: policies, tracking wording, prices, costs and stock. AI tools and bulk edits make changes faster than anyone checks them. Buying each check as a separate job is slow, and leaving them undone means the next problem is found by a customer.

Who it’s for: Owner or operations lead of one online store who wants steady, checked care of support answers, delivery exceptions, prices and stock, without hiring for each job.

Usually starts when: You use AI tools or bulk edits in the store, nothing is re-checked after you switch them on, and each problem arrives as a surprise.

The result: For one store, each period your answer sheet is re-checked, delivery exceptions and below-floor prices are listed, the reorder sheet is refreshed and the reply drafts are re-tested. Up to one bounded job a month is delivered and accepted, with a written summary.

What the lane is made of

Each standing report is delivered on its schedule and each item has agreed acceptance checks and an accept-or-revise decision. One item is a monthly ceiling, not a completion guarantee. The arrangement continues only under agreed renewal terms.

  1. Re-check your answer sheet against your policy pages every month and before peak season Standing service Included

Each month we compare your answer sheet with your live policy pages, list every changed line and affected answer, and re-run the test questions.

Every month, for the named store

The same standing service you can buy on its own.

After: Support answer sheet and test

  2. Re-test your "where is my order" reply drafts every month and after any carrier change Standing service Included

Each month we re-run your 30-case test on your reply drafts against current order fields and carrier wording, list any template that no longer fills correctly, and propose fixes for your approval.

Every month, for the named carriers

The same standing service you can buy on its own.

    After: Where-is-my-order reply drafts

  3. Get a weekly list of orders that are stuck, lost or marked delivered but not received Standing service Included

Each week we read your tracking export and list orders that are stuck, returned or disputed, each with the next action and a drafted message for you to send.

Every week, up to three carriers

The same standing service you can buy on its own.

  4. Get a list of prices below their floor, stale bundles and left-on sale prices every week Standing service Included

Each week we read your price export, compare every price with its floor, and list products below it, bundles out of step with their parts and sale prices left on. We change no prices.

Every week, up to 300 products

The same standing service you can buy on its own.

After: Price floors and below-floor list

  5. Refresh your reorder sheet every month from your latest sales and test it again Standing service Included

Each month we recompute your reorder sheet from your newest orders and stock, repeat the backtest against a flat-average baseline, and list every SKU whose reorder point changed.

Every month, up to 300 SKUs

The same standing service you can buy on its own.

After: Reorder sheet from sales history

  6. Write down what your shop promises so answers come from it, then test it on 40 questions Job First

One answer sheet built only from your own policies and product facts, every line sourced, with a list of questions that always go to a person, tested on 40 questions.

Once, bought at its listed price

The set-up job that writes the sheet and the first test.

  7. Draft "where is my order" replies from order facts, with a check that stops stale ones Job First

Eight templates (four replies, four hand-over notes), filled from named order and tracking fields, with a rule that sends any draft whose value differs from the live order to a person.

Once, bought at its listed price

The set-up job that writes the reply drafts and the first test.

  8. Set a minimum price for up to 300 products from your costs, and see which are below it Job First

A floor price for up to 300 products worked from your costs, fees, returns allowance and minimum margin, plus a checker that lists anything below its floor. We change no prices.

Once, bought at its listed price

The set-up job that works the floors.

  9. Get a reorder sheet from your own sales history, now that Stocky has closed Job First

A reorder sheet per SKU with reorder point, order quantity and cover days from 12 to 24 months of orders, out-of-stock days removed, tested against your last eight weeks.

Once, bought at its listed price

The set-up job that builds the first sheet.

  10. Check your AI-written product descriptions against your own data before they go live Job Optional

For up to 150 products, every number, spec and claim in AI-written copy is traced to your source data or flagged, and a clean import file holds only the fixes you approve.

Within the one monthly item and the £300 allowance

  11. Fill your Shopify store's missing colour, size and material fields from your descriptions Job Optional

Missing attributes for up to 200 Shopify products from your descriptions, in a metafield-ready import file with a dry-run diff. Each value has its quoted source; unknown stays blank.

Within the one monthly item and the £300 allowance

  12. Make one bulk product change, by AI or by an app, safe to try and safe to undo Job Optional

A tested procedure and checking script so a bulk change is exported first, dry-run compared, applied in batches and restorable, proved on a copy with six planted bad edits.

Within the one monthly item and the £300 allowance

  13. Check that your top 25 products show the same price, stock and return terms in four places Job Optional

For 25 products, price, stock status, variants, key specs and shipping and return terms are compared across your page, structured data, product feed and Shopify catalogue entry on a stated date.

Within the one monthly item and the £300 allowance

  14. Build the evidence pack for one chargeback from your records, in the turnaround we quote Job Each time it fires

For one dispute, an evidence pack built only from your records, in the order the reason code asks for, ready for you to submit. We do not submit and do not promise a win.

Within the one monthly item and the £300 allowance

    Used when a dispute arrives.

  15. Sort return requests by your own rules: approve, ask for more, or send to you Job Optional

Your written return rules turned into a decision table with ten reply drafts, proved on 30 requests, with every photo and damage claim going to a person.

Within the one monthly item and the £300 allowance

  16. Turn your supplier's emailed price and stock changes into an update file you can check Job Optional

Up to three supplier messages with attachments, in changing layouts or free text, become one update file in your import format, with every unreadable line listed. Nothing is applied.

Within the one monthly item and the £300 allowance

  17. Set up an AI chat assistant on a test store, with a notice, hand-over rules and a log Job Optional

One assistant set up in a tool you already pay for, on a test store, answering from your sheet only, telling customers it is automated, handing over when it should, and logging each chat.

A separate quoted job, not part of the monthly allowance

    Needs a current answer sheet.

How an engagement works

One store, one active item at a time and at most one agreed bounded item a month, worth up to £300 at listed one-off prices. One is a ceiling, not a guaranteed completion, unlimited throughput or a fixed turnaround. Schedule and capacity are confirmed in writing; none is promised on this page.

How it starts

  1. You send the store description, the services you want and your response to the proposed monthly price, without logins or customer data.

  2. We confirm fit, which set-up jobs are needed first, who accepts items and who applies changes.

  3. We agree the schedule, capacity, price, payment and cancellation terms in writing.

  4. Each period we send the standing reports, deliver the chosen item and send the summary.

Who decides what

You choose items and accept them. Your team applies every change to the live store, helpdesk and prices.

Handover

Each accepted item arrives as files or settings with its evidence and undo steps. Unfinished items are handed back with notes if the arrangement ends.

Sharing your product safely. Initial contact uses the store description, public links and your backlog list. No logins, customer data or account invitations. Exports follow only after a safe handoff and written terms.

What is included, and what is not

  • The reports of each standing service
  • Each accepted monthly item with its evidence
  • A monthly summary of what was done and what is open

Included

  • One store, one answer sheet, one carrier set and up to 300 products or SKUs
  • The five standing services listed below, each on its own schedule, at their listed scope
  • Up to one bounded item a month, chosen from the listed one-off jobs, worth no more than £300 at their listed one-off prices; a larger item is quoted separately
  • A written proposal that fixes the schedule, the monthly capacity and the starting jobs
  • A written monthly summary of what was checked, found and delivered

Not included

  • Changing your live store, helpdesk or prices: your team does that
  • Replying to customers or deciding refunds
  • Round-the-clock cover or any guaranteed response time
  • Items larger than a listed job's starting scope, which are quoted separately
  • More than one store, or more than 300 products or SKUs, unless agreed
  • Legal, tax or compliance advice

How we know it’s done

Agreed with you before work starts. Each check produces evidence you keep.

  1. Each standing report is delivered on its agreed schedule and states the rows read, the date range and what was not covered.

Evidence: The reports and the proposal's schedule.

  2. Each delivered item meets the acceptance checks of the matching job and is accepted or sent back by you.

Evidence: The item's evidence and your recorded decision.

  3. Each month no more than one item was delivered or started, and its listed one-off price is no more than £300.

Evidence: The monthly summary, naming the job and its listed price.

  4. Nothing in your store, helpdesk or prices was changed by us.

Evidence: Your own audit trails for the month.

Sign-off. You read each report, accept or send back each item and read the monthly summary.

If it fails. A blocker is raised with a substitute item, revised timing or a stop. Work that does not meet its criteria is not claimed as delivered. Billing for incomplete work is agreed before starting.

When it fits, and when we stop

It fits when

  • One store with exports you can send each week or month without customer data
  • The set-up jobs for the standing services you want are bought first, or you already have what they produce
  • A named person who chooses items, approves changes and applies them live
  • A written answer sheet, floors, reorder formula or reply templates for each standing service in use

We stop and tell you if

  • Exports cannot be sent regularly, so the checks cannot run
  • The items you ask for regularly exceed one a month or £300 of listed jobs, so we agree a different scope
  • You want changes applied to your live store for you
  • Nobody on your side can accept items or apply changes

What could go wrong

The lane reads what you send and reports. Each accepted item carries undo steps, and your team applies and reverses changes. Ending the arrangement leaves your store as it is.

Scroll the table sideways to read it all.

RiskHow we handle it
The allowance is read as unlimited help. The proposal states one bounded item a month worth up to £300 at listed prices; extra or larger work is quoted.
A clean report is read as proof that everything is right. Each report says what it compared and what it did not, and promises nothing about future results.
Data in exports includes customer details.Exports are limited to product, price, stock and anonymised order fields, and a file with personal data is returned for re-export.

Each report and item is reviewed by a separate automated reviewer before it is sent, and your named person accepts items and applies changes. No human supervisor from us is included unless your proposal names one. At launch the work is largely automated, and we say so.

Stays with a person

  • You accept every item
  • Your team applies every change live and decides every price, refund and customer reply

Access we would need

  • Exports and files you send, through an agreed secure route
  • Public policy and product pages, read by us

Questions

Is this a full store management service?

No. It re-checks support answers, delivery exceptions, prices, reorder points and reply drafts, and delivers one bounded job a month. It does not run your store or change it.

Can I buy the parts separately?

Yes. Every standing service and every job here is available on its own. The proposed lane price equals their listed prices at full use, so it adds one arrangement with a schedule and capacity confirmed in writing, not a discount.

Do I need all five standing services?

No. The proposal lists the ones you choose, and the monthly figure follows the services in use.

What counts as a bounded item?

One listed job at no more than its starting scope, for example an AI copy check for up to 150 products. Together the monthly item is worth no more than £300 at its listed one-off price.

Does it use AI?

Automated systems do much of the work, and a separate automated reviewer checks it. Where a check can be a script, such as the price-floor check, it is a script. A person on your side decides everything that goes live.
